ORDERS, DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

Orders

Payment for orders is made at the point of sale and not at the point of despatch. All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate. By making a purchase you authorise The Living With Grace Company Trading Ltd to submit information to the relevant third party for credit authorisation. All card holders will be checked for validation and authorisation by the issuing credit card or bank. If your card issuer declines authorisation for any reason, The Living With Grace Company Trading Ltd cannot be held liable for any delay in despatch or non-delivery. Please supply your telephone number and/or email address so that we can reach you if there is a problem with your order.

Deliveries

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours by Royal Mail. Shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. The total cost will be automatically calculated before payment.

The Living With Grace Company Trading Ltd take no responsibility for any incurred customs, duties or fees attached to importing goods to various countries. This is solely your own responsibility when you make a purchase from our website.

Cancellation of order

We endeavour to despatch all orders within 48 hours or by the end of the following working day from when the order is placed. You may cancel your order within this time if your goods have not already been despatched. To cancel your order please notify us in writing by email to hello@livingwithgrace.company

The Living With Grace Company Trading Ltd reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if a) we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered or b) we are not able to deliver to your area or c) one or more of the products you have ordered has a pricing, description or technical issue.

Returns

Please email Living With Grace at hello@livingwithgrace.company if your goods are damaged or faulty when they arrive including the order number and details. We will arrange for collection and upon receipt we will send out a replacement.  

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (a) Books with obvious signs of use (b) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (c) Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@livingwithgrace.company and send your item to: The Living With Grace Company, 2 Sunspan, Wentworth Close, Long Ditton,  KT6 5DY, UK

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
